I called ahead and the first month was only 10 more than the monthly fee. They gave me my access code and unit number over the phone once I had said I wanted it. My contract was in the unit waiting for me when I arrived initially.
Fill it out and place payment and completed contract in the drop box and payment is due no later than the 10th every month. After the 10th, only $ 10 for a late charge is applied. Very friendly and 24 hour access along with round the clock video surveillance, awesome, amazing, dependable... All around I love this place :)
And if you are in need of a excellent storage facility and live in or around the wise county area... hands down this is the place...
